I understand these patterns all too well.
I've walked in your shoes, carrying relationship wounds like being cheated on, experiencing emotional infidelity, coping with the death of a partner, surviving intimate partner violence, and even self-sabotaging healthy relationships. Of course, but it’s rare, and if it does come up, I can now process them more quickly and not stay stuck. I now feel grounded and secure, listening to my intuition, all as a result of emotional regulation and somatic healing.
